Appointments
- A €10 deposit is required to secure your booking.
- The deposit will be deducted from the final amount.
- Appointments are confirmed after the deposit is received.
Cancellations & no-shows
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Late cancellations may incur 50% of the service fee.
- No-shows may be charged the full amount.
Late arrivals
- After 10 minutes, a late fee may be applied.
- After 20 minutes, the appointment may be cancelled.
- Please notify in advance to avoid cancellation.
Preparation
- Please arrive with a clean, make-up free face.
- Avoid facial treatments 24 hours before your appointment.
- If you feel unwell, kindly reschedule.
